Investor Relations
In the framework of Paris EUROPLACE's International Financial Forums, corporates have the possibility of building up contacts with international institutional investors and organizing individual meetings. Listed companies that are members of Paris EUROPLACE have the opportunity to make themselves better known and market their shares to analysts and international fund managers. At the same time, they can participate in presentations on their industry and/or sector strategy as a complement to their own financial results presentation or roadshows.
Working Groups and Lobbying
Paris EUROPLACE provides its members with the opportunity to participate in working groups that analyze themes of interest to the Paris financial place. These groups make it possible to make high-level contacts, be informed about best practices in the various financial professions, express and exchange viewpoints and transmit action proposals to government authorities.
Since the beginning of 2003, several project groups have been set up. These include: an issuers group (co-chaired by Patrick LANGLOIS, Vice Chairman of the Management Board and CFO of Aventis, and Eric BOURDAIS de CHARBONNIERE, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Michelin & Cie), a financial law committee (chaired by Pierre BEZARD, Honorary Presiding Judge of the economic, commercial and financial chamber of the Cour de Cassation), an electronic financial services group (chaired by Paul MENTRÉ), a Europe after 2005 group, a sustainable development group (chaired by Daniel LEBEGUE), Institute Europlace of Finance (chaired by Jean LAURENT, CEO, Crédit Agricole SA).
