November 30, 2007 - As previously announced on June 6, 2007, the Board of Directors of NYSE Euronext (NYSE Euronext: NYX) declared an annual cash dividend of $1.00 per share, payable on a quarterly basis. The third quarterly dividend of $0.25 will be paid on Dec. 28, 2007 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 13, 2007.
